Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY + A valid credit or debit card is required to keep on file to book an appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY: + Life happens, as a mom I get that! If possible, please try to give 24/48 hour notice before canceling. If you are sick please reschedule. No cancellation fee is required to reschedule. LATE POLICY: + I have a 15 minute grace period to be inside my suite. If you are running late, please let me know before the start of your appointment, and I will do my best to accommodate you (time permitting) based on time available to complete your services. NO-SHOW POLICY: + A no-show after 15 minutes will result in a charge for the FULL BALANCE of services booked. *Booking a service with me means that you have read & understand these policies & agree to follow them ADJUSTMENTS: + I allow a 5 day window for any adjustments free of charge For safety and serenity, we kindly ask that no children be brought to the salon unless they are receiving a service.
